Refund Policy

To help you choose the best SCATT system worry-free, we're giving you some time to return and exchange our training systems! Parts and accessories are not eligible for return. To qualify for a return, items must be mailed back to our warehouse within 2 weeks of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip). Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned.

Returns or exchanges received in used or damaged condition will be subject to a $100 restocking fee. All components must be without scratches, the cables intact, packaging clean and intact.

How to Return or Exchange a SCATT System:

  1. Please email info@scattusa.com to authorize the return.
  2. Once you authorized the return, you can mail your returned item to:

  1. With the package you must include a letter stating the reason for the return and the original receipt.

For any technical or warranty issues, please contact our Support team. All our products are supplied with a two year limited warranty. The warranty is considered VOID if any alterations have been made to the initial design of the item.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

SCATT USA, LLC. will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

Under the Data Protection Act of 1998 you may request details of any personal information we may have on file about you. If you believe that any information we have on file for you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information reported to be incorrect.

Terms of Service

Before placing an order through http://scattusa.com you must read and agree to the “Terms of Service”, "Privacy Policy", and the "Refund Policy". The confirmation of your order will be treated as an acceptance of these statements.

SCATT USA does not assume any liability for any harm caused by improper or incompetent use of products purchased from SCATT USA. You agree not to hold SCATT USA liable for any damages or harms caused by improper or incompetent use, installation, or maintenance performed by you or by any other entity. SCATT USA recommends consulting the supplied User Guide before installation and/or use.

Payment:

All orders placed online need to be paid in advance. No package will be processed and shipped unless a valid payment is received. Wholesale customers that have opened an account with SCATT USA must call in with the order.

Shipping:

All training systems purchased at http://scattusa.com will be shipped within the continental US for FREE via USPS Priority Mail. All other items will be shipped for a flat fee of $8.00. All international orders will ship for a flat fee of $49.99. Most orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days of the day the order is placed. All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS, while international ones will ship via Priority Mail International from USPS, any inquiries or concerns regarding the shipping time should be addressed directly to the carrier. All orders will be shipped with a signature requirement upon delivery.
